The Family Center is located in the beautiful neighborhood of West Mt. Airy in Philadelphia, just two blocks from Lincoln Drive. We also offer 15 private practice locations in the Philadelphia area with therapists who have done extensive postgraduate training at the center.

Referral Network
We have 15 therapist locations within a 40-mile radius of Philadelphia. All therapists in the network have trained extensively at the Family & Play Therapy Center. Most have taken five to ten years of postgraduate training here to work with clients of all ages. To refer yourself or someone else, you are welcome to leave a message at 215-844-4321 ext. 2. Laura Bishop, MPH and Dottie, the director of the center, are glad to assist you in finding a qualified therapist who meets your needs.
Therapists in the Referral Network are able to accept some insurance plans as out-of-network providers. Fees are based on a private practice sliding scale.
